Learning Objectives:
1. Recall that AF patients often present with cardiovascular diseases (such as Heart failure, IHD)
2. Identify those patients at risk of stroke and when to consider NOACS
3. Identify patients for individualised rhythm control plans
4. Identify which patients are best suited for referral for catheter-based therapies such as AF ablation
5. Recall the importance of incorporating these plans into a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)
